Customers

When you order a report, we receive your name, email address, the website you want audited, and the order amount from Stripe, which processes your payment. We never see or store your card details. We use this information to produce and email your report, to answer your questions, and to keep the records tax law requires. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligations.

Businesses we contact

We find businesses through their public Google Maps listing and website. We keep the business name, website address and the public email address shown there, plus the results of a public Google PageSpeed test of the website, to send a short note about the site's performance. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service. Reply "no" to any email, or write to us, and we stop contacting you and delete your details, keeping only what we need to make sure we don't contact you again.

Who processes data for us

Some of these providers are outside the EU. They are covered by standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax law requires (usually 10 years in Bulgaria). Prospect details: until you ask us to stop, or at most 24 months after our last contact.

Security

Data is stored on a server in the EU that is reachable only by us. Access to every service is protected by individual credentials, and we keep encrypted backups.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
